Videography

I had the pleasure to go on a trip to Medford Oregon with a team from Hickory Withe Baptist Church to document them serving in the community doing landscaping, run a basketball camp, and a kids camp. I shot and edited this video and took the graphic that was made by the Communication Director at Hickory Withe and animated it for the video. I used Pr Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator for this project.

My boss wanted to do a spoken word video for Women's Weekend at Brown Baptist so he talked to Matt, the other videographer and I, and we came up with this. Matt and I picked the location and set up the lighting, a key and backlight, and I shot and edited the video. I directed Mrs. Gwen on how to say her lines and queued Matt on when to turn on and off the lights. I wanted to go for a dramatic, serious look since the message Mrs. Gwen was giving was serious and powerful.

Women's weekend was a huge weekend for Brown Baptist and I was tasked with creating a recap/highlight video. I shot this video over the course of 2 days and then edited it. The event was very lively and eventful and I wanted to make sure I captured the heart and soul of what happened that weekend.

During Survival to Revival Weekend at Brown Baptist, I was tasked with filming and editing a recap video highlighting the service. All of the shots were by me except for one, I used a wide shot the other videographer got of the event the night before. I wanted to capture the soul and energy of how the event truly was.

Shot and edited this recap video of Grind City Meet 2022. I wanted to incorporate sound design into it to bring the viewer in audibly to what it was like at GCM.

This was created to promote personal preview days at The College at Mid-America. I shot and edited this piece as well as created the motion graphics you see here. Jake Sandiford shot the drone footage.

Brown Baptist launched a Brazilian church at Mid-America Baptist Theological College and Seminary. My job was to capture the special event of a new church launching. I wanted to make sure I got a lot of laughs, smiles, and joy because of the nature of what was going on. A church launch! All footage was shot by me, and the video was edited by me as well.
